Shipping We ship online orders within 2 business days, orders received after 1pm ESTon Friday will be shipped the following Monday. BUTTERelixir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking number states that the package was delivered. If you are still unable to locate your package you must  file a claim with the carrier. If delivery is attempted and you or a designated person is not available to sign for the package, you will need to make arrangements for redelivery or to pick up at designated post office where your package is being held.  International Orders Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations. We do not mark packages as a gift. The customer is responsible for international customs and duties when applicable. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.  BUTTERelixir is not responsible for arranging a redelivery time and for any duty/import/taxes/customs and any other charges you may incur. We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us a detailed note with photographic evidence at butter@butterelixir.com within 24 hours of delivery.
