“Backstage at the Altuzarra spring/summer 2017 show this afternoon, the makeup artist Tom Pecheux was his usual chic, irreverent self. Smiling, he described the beautifully dewy look he created as “sweaty, sexy, naughty,” with a bit of a wink to reporters. On the eyes, Pecheux applied black eyeliner smudged in with MAC Neon Studio Eye Gloss, a fleshy tone that warms up the black eyeliner so “it’s not so aggressive” and doesn’t look too pristine (“perfection is boring,” he said, with Parisian insouciance). But the glamorous twist? Pecheux lightly dappled MAC Glitter in Reflects Bronze over the models’ faces — the fine particles floating through the air before they gently landed on the skin to produce a subtle shimmer.” Read More.
