Shipping BUTTERelixir will take three to five business days to process and dispatch your purchase; on holidays, please allow seven to ten business days. The cost of shipping will be shown at checkout. Due to the possibility of delays, please allow additional time over the holidays. BUTTERelixir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking number states that the package was delivered. If you are still unable to locate your package you must file a claim with the carrier. If delivery is attempted and you or a designated person is not available to sign for the package, you will need to make arrangements for redelivery or to pick up at designated post office where your package is being held. UPS or the United States Postal Service will ship the package. BUTTERelixir is not liable for misplaced or stolen packages, incorrect mailing addresses, or unanticipated courier delays after your order has shipped. Before each product is packed for the customer, it passes quality control. Before using any products, the customer must ensure that no damage has happened during transportation. If there are any health or allergy concerns, it is the buyer's obligation to get in touch with BUTTERelixir before placing an order in order to inquire about the contents for topical items. BUTTERelixir accepts no liability for the use, application, storage, or maintenance of our products; the buyer is in charge of the appropriate handling and application. Any harm, loss, claim, or direct or indirect damages of any type, including but not limited to data loss, replacement expenses, financial loss, or other comparable losses, will never be covered by BUTTERelixir LLC (owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, or vendors). Once your order has been placed, we are unable to provide a discount retrospectively. Please get in touch with us right away if you need to change your order or if you entered the incorrect address. BUTTERelixir is unable to take credit card payments over the phone or add extra goods to your order. 

International Orders Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations. We do not mark packages as a gift. The customer is responsible for international customs and duties when applicable. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier. BUTTERelixir is not responsible for arranging a redelivery time and for any duty/import/taxes/customs and any other charges you may incur. We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages.

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us a detailed note with photographic evidence at butter@butterelixir.com within 24 hours of delivery. Dealing directly with the retailer is required for purchases made through our wholesale partners. You are not permitted to resell or use our products for any other unlawful purpose.
